Small cuff for blood pressure monitor

My wife has cancer. With all her medications and in her condition, the muscles in her arms have atrophied to the extent that standard and large blood pressure monitor cuffs that come with over-the-counter monitors are too large to fasten with the velcro for these sizes. I ordered a child's size cuff for the monitor. It works great and would have gotten five stars if the tubing that joins the cuff to the monitor was somewhat longer. The tubing length is probably OK for a child. But for my wife, it's a bit short.
